I've been having episodes where my jaw feels like it's

Customer Question

Hi Pearl, I'm Missy.
JA: OK. The Doctor will need to help you with this. Please give me a bit more information, so the Doctor can help you best.
Customer: I've been having episodes where my jaw feels like it's locking up & my teeth chatter. It can vary in intensity, & I've been experiencing this for awhile now. I just had one that lasted about ten minutes, which is rare. Any idea on what this could be?
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: Yes. I had a parathyroid tumor removed six months ago, I have neuropathic issues, & I had quite a bit of dental work done before that (not veneers, but something similar put on my upper teeth). I have other medical issues, but these are the things that I think might have something to do w/this.
JA: OK. Got it. Last thing - JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $32) to post your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Doctor about your situation and then connect you two.
