Hello,

Thank you for your question.

I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.

Is this first pregnancy?

Do you have pain till now?

Did you try any measure or medicine?

Did you pass stool?

Do you have any other symptom?

Thank you for all the information,

Constipation can cause cramps.

Miscarriage is not common.

Please try to take plenty of fresh fruits, veggies.

Also increase the intake of fluids.

Those would help to prevent constipation.

In extreme cases, medicines like metamucil can be advised by doctor.

As you know, you should not take any stool softener or laxative without examination by your doctor.

If the cramps get severe or if you notice any vaginal discharge, I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.

I hope this information helps.

If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.

If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.

Regards.
