Hello Patricia,

I see that you are offline. So I am writing you an initial answer. You may ask follow up questions once you read this.

The clue to the diagnosis is on the basis of conglomerate of the symptoms. Kidney issues usually present with pain and urinary burning. Intestinal and gall bladder issues cause bloating, gas, tenderness, nausea, vomiting, constipation/diarrhea. The ovary and uterus issue cause pain, lump, period abnormalities etc. A band like stomach pain can be due to intestines or pancreatic issue. But the diseases of these organs would also cause tenderness, bloating and bowel motion issues. A severity of pain also may give clue to the diagnosis. Pancreatic and gall bladder diseases have severe pain. While intestinal and kidney issue may have moderate to severe pain. Gall bladder pain occurs in upper right side of abdomen. Intestinal pain is usually all around but predominantly in middle of abdomen. So location of the pain too is important.
