This is Dr. David

you could have a viral bronchitis which can cause you to feel cold and shiver

you could be dehydrated if you are not drinking enough fluid.

if you sinuses are congested, this can cause headaches.

you might need sudafed and benadryl to help clear your sinuses.

keep bundled up, hot chicken soup, hot tea and honey, and keep drinking the fluids.

use tylenol as well to help your discomfort.

use benadryl tonight 35-50mg to help you sleep at night.

you should feel better in a few days.

let me know if you have other questions.
