My son (26) has been waking up with his pinkie finger curled up near his palm and numb(both hands). Also, on several occasions his feet are numb. Goes away after moving.

Hello!

That is unusual combination of symptoms. I advise that he get in to see neurologist for further evaluation...odd pattern...pinkie is ulnar nerve distribution...bilateral could be related to cervical spine compression...I think that he may need an MRI OF neck ...
