I have pain in my neck, back chest nausea, sometimes in the left arm sweats for a few weeks. It has been waking me up at night. I'm 52 years old, smoker with a family of heart disease. BP125/93 Pulse 91 my usual BP is 90/68 or 70.
Could I be having a heart attack?
