Customer Question

I'm honestly not sure where to address this, but I just got a new primary care doctor. I have an appointment coming up, but because of the lack of care I felt I was getting from my old primary, I didn't really keep up with appointments, so any health problems I have weren't really properly taken care of. However, these are the issues I want to discuss with my new primary, but I don't know how to go about it. Especially since it's my first appointment. I don't want her to assume I'm a hypochondriac. Do you have any advice on how I can approach this?

You should tell your new primary care doctor about your story honestly.
