What kind of drug test was it? A dipstick-type test can have false positives, but when the urine is sent to a laboratory for GC/MS testing, there are no false positives or false negatives. Each chemical has its own "footprint" so there is no confusion.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
If it was a dipstick-type test, then some antihistamines, cold medicines, nasal inhalers, and some prescription drugs for depression (tricyclics, bupropion, quetiapine) can cause false positives. However, when urine is sent for testing at the laboratory via gas chromatography/mass spectrophotometry there are no false positives. If it was tested in a laboratory, then someone must have slipped you amphetamine in some form.
