I am a. 74 very active female.. For some time I have been taking 1200 mg of calcium daily. My cholesterol result came back at has always been below 200. My. Gyn doctor suggested I DC the calcium and start taking 4000 iu of d3 daily and this might lower my cholesterol number.he also said to go onllline and get other opinions which is what I am doing now. Please advise
