There can be different causes for the twitching.
Often the cause is not serious.
Overwork, muscle fatigue can be factors.
Always cause may not be detected also.
Dehydration or electrolyte changes can be factors.
It can pass away on its own.
Gentle massage, application of warm or cold can help.
It can also be associated with excessive anxiety, vitamin deficiency, caffeine intake etc
Please avoid those factors if you have any.
Occasionally it can be due to irritation of nerve, neurological disorders or muscle disease, vascular causes.
If the symptoms do not subside, I would suggest to take an examination by your doctor.
