How soon would I know and what do I look for? I thought you could Salmanilan poison from raw meat. Not sure how to spell that
Salmonella poisoning only occurs in 1-2% cases.
So not common from raw meat always.
Symptoms appear within a week in case of infection--diarrhea, stomach pain, fever.
Can ypu get it from touching meat and accidentally licking your fingers like that 10 mins later? Is it likely?
