This is most commonly caused by the urinary tract infection.
However there can be other causes resulting in excess protein leakage from kidneys' filtration system.
Diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune disorders can damage the kidneys resulting in protein in the urine.
These conditions are considered if no infection found and you keep on leaking proteins in your urine with repeat testing.
