Hi. We can continue after this but those values indicate at least stage 2 or stage 3 renal failure--your kidneys aren't functioning well. This could be from diabetes or hypertension or an autoimmune nephritis problem but you need to see a nephrologist--a kidney specialist--for other tests including a renal ultrasound and a 24 hour urine collection for creatinine clearance
