Hi. This needs to be evaluated. While it may not signify anything at all it could mean a prostate infection or even testicular or prostate cancer although those last two would be rare in your case

Even if it only happens the one time, you need to see a doctor for a finger prostate exam, testicular exam, urinalysis and perhaps a scrotal and prostate ultrasound scan
