I have a glucose reading of 108 and a cia reading of 6.1, I exercise and stay pretty active. I'm 69 and have always had high glucose readings (between 108 and 115) do I need to go on meds for diabetes

Hi. I see no reason for you to be on diabetic medication at this time and I agree that a no carb diet would be overkill here.
