OK--any idea about your total daily sodium intake?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
nothing crazy, i do not eat canned food or fried food at all
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 1 year ago.

OK--have you seen a nephrologist--a kidney specialist?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no, ultrasound shows that is nothing wrong , and my General practice can refer me to a speacilist one at a time
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 1 year ago.

OK. I thing you have an autoimmune nephritis problem and I would eliminate the nuts from your diet for one thing.

That extra protein and salt is not helping your kidney problem.

I'd also add omega 3 fatty acid supplements and vitamin E supplements to your diet

Let me know if you need any more information please

thanks : one more thing, if i feel fatigue ,and then i eat protein(mainly animal), i feel the fatigue is gone and energy is my whole body.any cross reference?
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 1 year ago.

Not a cross reference but the protein isn't relieving the fatigue itself
