Customer Question

I cannot lift my left arm into the air. The problem seemed to occur overnight. There is no pain but I feel the muscles tighten in my upper arm when I try to lift it. Any suggestions?

Hi--are you saying you have no muscle power in the arm?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I can move it back and forth but no muscle power to lift the arm into the air or above waist level.

And no trauma involved? Any problem with the feeling in the arm or hand?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No trauma. Feeling is fine in arm and hand.

OK.

Obviously you need to see a doctor about this

The possibilities are a pinched nerve in your neck even with no neck problems, or an auto immune disorder like polymylagia, or even a stroke

I can't tell you exactly what's going on but you really should consider this an emergency situation
