Hello,

A disorientation can be a symptom or either a coming stroke or transient neurological attack (pre-stroke). You may take her to the nearest hospital. Meanwhile telephone the 911, so they may send you the paramedics, who can meet you in the way and start the treatment. The other causes of disorientation are low or high blood sugar, other metabolic causes, etc all of which need urgent medical attention.

Please feel free for your follow up questions.

I would be happy to assist you further, if you need any more information.

It is always better to go to a medical service / hospital, instead of waiting for service to arrive at home. This helps in saving the time.
