Ok that suggests sebaceous cysts due to the clogging of the oil glands.
You can try topical benzoyl peroxide 10% solution daily.
Prescription products like clindamycin phosphate 1% gel and tretinoin 0.055 cream daily for 6 weeks shoudl clear up the problem easily.
