1) Pinched nerves in back; MRI of back is recommended for diagnosis.
2) Deficiency of vitamin B 12; blood work for its assessment.
3) Diabetes; if you have family history.
4) Peripheral arterial disease if you are a smoker, use tobacco in any form or take recreational drugs.
