Hello,
Thank you for your question.
I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.

Since when are you having the symptoms?

Which side is affected?

Do you have any other symptom? or any other illness?

Did you take any medicine?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I noticed them about 3 weeks ago. I had a strain in my hip after running which was
very painful and I think it was since then, but I cannot be sure. The hip strain is better now.
I noticed now that both sides are affected, but the left side is worse (the side of the hip strain)
No other sympton, except I started to have a small incontinence problem maybe up to a year ago.
I dont suppose its related, but I did read somewhere those things might go together.
No medicine.

Thank you for the information,
I am sorry for your symptoms.
Scattered numbness over knees, elbows are related to neurological disorders.
There can be neuropathy.
Spinal cord, brain issues like MS needs to be ruled out.
It can also occur from deficiency states like vitamin, calcium deficiency, hormonal problems like diabetes, thyroid etc.
I would suggest to take an examination by a neurologist.

A few test like scan, metabolic panel, NCV etc. can be helpful.

Please take fresh fruits, veggies which are rich in vitamins, minerals.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.
