Thank you for your question.

I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.

There can be a few possibilities.

There can be muscle spasm.

A nerve impingement is also possible.

Sometimes, clot can be present with minimal symptoms.

I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.

Till then you can take tylenol.

I hope this information helps.

If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.

If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.

It was called by that doctor peripheral neuropathy
Expert:  Dr. Saha replied 1 year ago.

Peripheral neuropathy symptoms are usually more persistent.

As you wrote, your symptoms are more like nerve impingement.

This can occur in the spine.

You can have a few tests like MRI, NCV, EMG, metabolic panel etc. to get the exact cause.

Treatment would follow accordingly.
