I have been having vaginal irritation past month. No

Customer Question

Hello, I have been having vaginal irritation for the past month. No discharge, no odor, no sores. I have noticed something that looks like rash bumps on the inner part of my vaginal lips. I had a culture done but nothing abnormal showed. What can be the problem? I was prescribed flagyl and terconazole, and metronidazole but it is still there

Thank you for your question.
I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.

As the culture did not show any bacterial infection, and there is no bad smell or discharge, it can be due to allergy.

Often the cause of allergy may not be detected.

You can try Benadryl or zyrtec.

Try to find out whether you are using any new perfume or undergarments.

If the symptoms continue, you can consult an allergy specialist.

I hope this information helps.
