I can feel a small bump inside my right nostril at the upside near my septum. I have had it for weeks its sore when you touch it. I had an ent surgeon look at it at with what looked like something you look in your with he said there was nothing. but when I pull my nose to the side you can barely se it its white and pink small area. Thanks

It can be visible when it is enlarged or inflamed.
