Hi--do you have your actual levels? And do you have any medical conditions? And by chance do you take vitamin b complex supplements?

b12 and folate levelsSerum vitamin b12, 1111 ng/L
Serum Folate, 12.8 ug/L
Occasional health condition , acid reflux. I'm presently on medication. Doctor believes it's the reflux that's causing palpitation. This affects my sleep at nights. I'm taking propanol for palpitation.

My thyroid was tested 3 times last year and came back normal. Tested again twice this year and was normal. Last test was done in August.

OK. Neither of those levels is all that high and there is no way to treat them unless you were taking B complex supplements.

Very high levels of the two can indicate liver disease or leukemia but the treatment for those would not be in trying to lower the B12 and folate levels.

So really this isn't anything to worry about
