Correction: I meant the penis knob / head. I'm also uncircumcised. Plus, there are very small red blemishes as well, which disappear when I apply the ointment after cleaning the head with Betadine.

Hi,1. Unprotected sex with my wife since the beginning. No sex outside marriage.2. Been suffering for over a month.3. No penile discharge.4. No pain. Just itchiness if I don't apply the ointment.5. Slight burning sensation thrice in the last one month, and redness at the opening. Not otherwise.

Hello,

It’s my first priority to serve you.
Thanks for providing more information.

Well as you describe, possible causes may include Eczema,Balanitis.

Eczema on the penis can often be superimposed upon yeast infections and vice versa. Therefore in my opinion using lotrimin cream mixed in equal amounts with cortisone cream twice daily for 3 weeks, usually clears it up. In addition, it is important to moisturize the skin there regularly with either simple olive oil or petroleum jelly. That usually clears it up.

Hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.

Also you should wear loose cotton clothes.

You should see a Urologist in case your symptoms'll persist.
