I was reading but for the last few weeks I have had tingling and my feet are warm ankles are bruning sensitivity to my feet are really high and on my right foot my second third and fourth toe feel like a pebble is under my feet.... it all started when I started to walk more and I was wearing poor fitting shoes

Thank you for the information,

The burning & tingling feeling can be due to involvement of nerve.

There can be a pinching of nerve.

Neuropathy is possible.

The sensation of 3rd, & 4th toes & pebble stone sensation can be from Morton's neuroma.

There is pressure on the nerve supplying those toes.

I would suggest to take an examination by your doctor.

Orthotic shoe devices can be helpful.

He can take a few tests to rule out other issues.

I hope this information helps.

If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.

If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.

Regards.

In 80% of cases Morton's neuroma responds to cortisone injection, antiinflammatory medicines, orthotics, change of shoes.
