Hello,

Thank you for the information,

AST & ALT reference levels may vary between labs.

For many of them they are 5-40 & 7 - 56 usually.

Your ALT level is a bit high, AST is within normal limit.

Usually in alcohol intake, liver enzymes are raised other than any disease condition.

Other common diseases which can increase the liver enzymes are nonalcoholic hepatitis, infection.

You need to avoid alcohol if you take.

Avoid fatty foods too.

Take plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables,

Regular exercise, walking are good.

Doctor can repeat the tests after a few weeks to see whether they have come down to normal.

I hope this information helps.

If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.

If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.

Regards.
