Hello,

Well as you describe, your current symptoms are suggestive of allergic rhinitis.

And your nasal mucosal membrane has some inflammation.

You should try OTC Otrivin nasal drops.

Also do menthol steam inhalation.

You should also take OTC Claritin/Cetirizine.

If your symptoms 'll persist then consult an ENT specialist for a clinical examination for further evaluation and management.

Also make sure you have a humidifier in your bedroom to help keep your mucous membranes moist.

Hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.

Avoid spicy,fried foods.

Elevate your head while sleeping.

Start a multivitamin and vitamin C.

Hope this helps.
