I feel lighted headed and spaced out. Also have stiff and sore feeling in neck I also in the past few weeks have had the feeling in my chest like if ya had asthma

They. Check my heart rate and blood preasure. They did ekg. Said it looked okay. That was about a month and 1/2 ago

How I would describe it is how chest would feel if you where wheezing. Only thing besides that is doctor had looked at a few spells if feeling like I was having heart papilation

They said they did not see anything unusual. And said that sometimes people have them and they are not a issue

OK. You need to have a full cardiac workup with an echocardiogram, stress test, and a Holter monitor--a 24 hour EKG
It sounds as though these episodes are from what's called a supraventricular tachycardia where the heart races for a time.
It can be treated with beta blocker medication like propranolol or with a calcium channel blocker like verapamil
