Hello,
Thank you for your question,
I’mCustomerand I’ll try to help you.
Since when are you having the bump?
How large is it?
Does it move?
Did you have any problem in that ear?
Did you get it checked by doctor?
Did you take any medicine?

Hello,
I was waiting for your reply.
I noticed you did not see the info request & went offline.
I am sending the answer so that you can see it when you come on line.
If you have any query after reading it, please ask.
There can be a few possibilities.
The pain in this part can come from different causes.
The hard bump behind the ear can be from an infection or inflammation.
It can be from an inflammation/ infection of the mastoid bone situated behind the ear.
It usually occurs from middle ear infection.
Other possibilities are an inflamed cyst, lymph node but those would not be as hard as bone.
I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.
You can need a few tests & antibiotic in case of infection.
You can take antiinflammatory analgesics like motrin or naproxen, if there is no other contraindication.
Warm moist application can be soothing.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.
Regards.
