Hi. How long has this been going on? Any fever?

Hi. Since you haven't replied I'll go ahead and give you and answer now and we can continue after this if you'd like.
The first possibility here would be a kidney stone.
If not that, it could be a urinary tract infection but if you have any fever it may actually be a kidney infection.
I'd suggest you see a doctor for an exam, urinalysis, and possibly a ct scan of the abdomen if a kidney stone is suspected
