Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, Experienced Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
Bright red blood usually suggests bleeding from the hemorrhoid.
Painless bleeding is likely from the internal hemorrhoids not visible from outside.
Sometimes, rupture of blood vessel in the rectum can cause this also especially related to hard stool.
the bleeding stops by itself if nothing too serious.
However, if this is heavy or persistent for more than 3 days, you should see your doctor for further evaluation.
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us today. If you have any additional questions or need further clarifications, please do not hesitate to ask. I am here to answer them. I wish you good health. Regards, ***** *****
