Customer Question

ive been having trouble breathing. i went and had an xray done and nothing came up. i have lupus and my doctor says its not lupus related. I was giving an inhaler and singulair and told to take allergra as well. i have been doing this for a little over a week. I inhaler doesnt seem to do anything. I feel that when i take a deep breath that im not getting 100% of my oxygen. he says it may be a pulminary spl* issue. i do have allergies. Could it just be from the pollen in my lungs? i can manage, but sometimes ill get dizzy. in the moring when i wake i feel sometimes i can take a full breathe but then throughout the day i can not. is there some kind of medication that i can take that they have not given me or something i can do to help the breathing problem??

If you have any query after reading it, please ask.
There can be a few possibilities.
In case of allergy or pollen, allegra & montelukast would help.
As you are are not feeling relieved fully with those, you need to consult a pulmonologist.
Lung function tests can be helpful here.
Bronchodilators can be required if there is any bronchoconstriction.
In addition, there can be other issues like heart, anemia.
Sometimes, anxiety & stress can play a role.
I would suggest to take an evaluation by pulmonologist.
I hope this information helps.
