Hello,
Thank you for your question,
It seems your requested expert is not on line.
I’mCustomerand I’ll try to help you.
The buzzing sensation can be due to muscle twitching.
There can be different causes for the twitching.
This can be due to irritation of nerve.
Dehydration or eletrolyte changes can be factors.
Always cause may not be detected.
It can pass away on its own.
Gentle massage, application of warm or cold can help.
Unaccustomed activity can also cause muscles to twitch.
It can be associated with excessive anxiety, fatigue, vitamin deficiency, electrolyte imbalance, caffeine intake etc
Please avoid those factors if you have any.
Occasionally it can be due to irritation of nerve, neurological disorders or muscle disease.
At this stage, you need not to be worried much.
If it continues, I would suggest to take an examination by your doctor.
A few tests like metabolic panel, NCV, EMG, ultrasound can be taken depending on clinical finding.
Please take adequate rest.
Take plenty of fresh fruits & vegetables which would help in vitamin & mineral deficiency.
Please keep good hydration.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.
Regards.
