Welcome and thanks for your question, there is no need to be worried or anxious about this, most bumps inside the nose are caused by 2 conditions :
1-A nasal polyp which is a benign mass caused by inner nasal mucous tissue inflammation.
( nose hair's root inflammation), this condition can be caused by a bacterial infection, usually with the Staphylococcus bacteria
Both of these conditions can solve on their own without treatment. However, in some occasions, polyps are removed surgically if they grow up over time or if they produce additional symptoms like nose bleeding or breathing problems. Patients with folliculitis could take antibiotics if the condition gets worse to treat the underlying bacterial infection.
What I would suggest you is consulting a doctor so he can perform a physical examination, he would be able to tell you which of these conditions is specifically producing this tiny bump and if treatment is necessary .
Please leave a positive feedback if you are satisfied with my answer.
