I go to bed around 1130pm every night and I have been waking

I go to bed around 1130pm every night and I have been waking up every morning at exactly 430am. I used to wake ar 730am. Why cant I sleep through the night and why do I wake that exact time every morning?
Hi,
Do you feel any dizziness,nausea at 4.30 am?
Indigestion,sweating,etc?
Duration of symptoms?
Any other medical illness?
Are you taking any medicines?
Stress issues?
Caffeine,alcohol intake?

No I feel fine. I actually dont feel drowsey. I go back to sleep but its a light sleep. I wake at around 7. I am not a coffee drinker or soda drinker just green tea during the afternoon. The only things I take is vitamin e and c. As for stress, yes a little but not a great deal. This issue waking up has been going on for about a week now

I understand your concern and it's my pleasure to help you in every aspect.
If you sleep again then it's not so big concern.
Usually insomnia cause waking up at night and don't go back to sleep again.
Waking up in the middle of the night is called sleep maintenance insomnia, Mid sleep awakenings often occur during periods of stress.
You should just do deep breathing exercises and meditation to relax yourself.
Sometimes stress issues can interfere in sleep pattern.
Our mind doesn't relax as we rethink the same thought throughout the day.
If your symptoms'll not improve over the time or you get fatigue,lethargy in day and daytime sleepiness which interrupt your daily routine then it's good to consult your doctor.
I know you are worrying however relaxation therapy like regular yoga,meditation,stretching exercises can helpful to you.
