Ok doc i believe u but explain why these pastbdays i feel pressure i feel heavy i feel back pain and now my husband asks me tonwzlk and i am scared
OK but again how is any of this different from what you've felt before?

i think it feel same its just now for example i put the sheets on ,y bed and i am out of breath but some days i clean and i am fine but again today i feel constant need to take deep breath

Again--why exactly do you feel the need for a deep breath?

i want to believe it but sometimes i think how can i be anxious i eat ok i try tonexersise sometimes , my relationship with my husband is very good now my only strss r the kids sometimes

You really don't think you get anxious when you start thinking you're about to have a heart attack?

yes and i try them sometimes they dont work u told me to breath in through my nose hold it and breath out through my mouth

Of course I'd tell you if I thought it was your heart. What you need to do is to keep telling yourself you don't have a heart problem especially at those times when you're anxious and think the pressure and breathing problem is your heart
