Diagnosis question: BP: 156/98, HR 88, Resp:18, o2 and Temp: normal, risk factors are positive for heart disease (obesity, HTN, tobacco). comes in with chest discomfort over past few weeks with episode this morning worse.
do you think this is simply angina or a MI? or something else?
