I was riding my bike and my foot twisted a way it shouldn't, I heard a pop and it's hurts really bad to put pressure on it, it's not swollen but there is a lump where it hurts. I was wondering if I sprained my foot or if I possibly broke it?

When was this incident happened to you?

Which side of foot got injured(medial or lateral side) & top or bottom of foot?

Any bruising, skin discoloration,redness?

Any open wound?

Are you taking any medications?

Any other medical history?

it happened about 5 hours ago. It's the. outside of my left foot, about a half inch in front of my ankle bone but below it a little. The lump is soft to the touch and there is no discoloration but I very rarely bruise. There's no open wound, I took some Martin just after it happened but. It didn't. Help with the pain.. the only other medical history I have. Is epilepsy.
Thanks for providing more information.
I understand your concern and as you describe, you are unable to put pressure on that foot without pain so you need to be seen by your regular doctor or Orthopedist for a clinical examination to rule out Tendon rupture,Fracture,Sprain.
Further X-ray/MRI of foot should be done.
In the meantime you should apply ice on affected area.
And wear ace bandage.
Continue Motrin 200 mg every 4 hourly.
Elevate your leg.
If possible visit ER for prompt management.

I hope this helps.
