-major stomach cramping, barely able to move and when I do there is painful shifting of internal parts, pain when consuming solids and most liquids, pain in what I assume is the bladder when urinating.
There is no pain when urinating in vagina but do in lower to mid abdomen. and pain throughout my stomach I believe swollen internally how can take swelling away.and also i explained when moving sever pain as organ shift
As such i do think that you need a ultrasound of the whole abdomen in first place.
Ultrasound will help to rule out any abnormality especially related to pelvic organs.
Medically speaking internal swelling is not a clear medical term.
Basically one possibility that comes to mind include
Cystitis- Inflammation of the urinary bladder.
I suggest you to consult your doctor to undergo urine analysis and ultrasound whole abdomen.
I hope this helps
