the basic thing about eggs is that the yolks contain the cholesterol and the white contains proteins only
6 egg yolks a day are a bit too much and that is what is causing your raised cholesterol
so you can have all the egg white you want, but do not take too much cholesterol
How many yolks a day should I eat given that I'm lighting weights?
i would not advise more than a yolk a day
specially since your cholesterol is already a bit high
so stick to one yolk a day
but you can continue to have the 6 egg whites
in fact, most bodybuilding routines advise this
