Charles, Thanks for all these additional details.I am sorry to hear about your problems.

Well, the normal heart rate for healthy person ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. Increased heart rate is due to underlying medical issue and should not be ignored, Possible causes are-

-Heart Diseases- like coronary heart diseases, high blood pressure, pericarditis etc.
-Thyroid disorder
-Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
-Imbalance of electrolytes, mineral in body.
Having sudden changes in blood pressure levels, should not be left ignored.

Stress and anxiety issue may also raise blood pressure levels.
Though at this time, your blood pressure range in within normal limits, still raised heart rate is of concern.
Chances of getting heart disease, are high at your age.
As such I would suggest, that you should not delay and get it evaluated in ER ASAP.

You may need blood work, EKG, and detailed examination from doctor.
I advise that you should not delay and rush to ER ASAP for prompt evaluation.
