There is no mathematical equation to tell exactly how much amphetamine or its metabolite will be detected 48 hours after use. It depends on many things including whether the person is a regular user, their body fat makeup, metabolism rate, what they eat and drink in the interim, and many other things.
If this was a one-time use, you need not be concerned about a drug test though. Adderall has a fairly short half-life (10-12 hours) so at least 95% of it should be out of your system within 48 hours.
