Your symptoms can be due to the recurrence of acid reflux and gastritis.
Since you had this problem before, this may come back.
H pylori infection can also cause this.
H pylori is a bacterial infection that can cause recurrence of acid reflux.
Another possibility can be gall bladder problem.
Gall stones can cause these symptoms with food.
Liver disease is another possibility.
Pancreatitis, or inflammation of pancreas is another possibility.
These causes can be serious sometimes.
Hence, it is better for you to go to the local hospital for an ultrasound, blood tests to look for above causes.
Pantoprazole will help again if it is just gastritis.
H pylori can be treated with antibiotics.
Gallbladder and pancreatitis problem are treated differently.

Hi docs, are there any foods that I should not take? Does this got to do with bowel movement? Had bowel movement of hard stools for quite sometimes already.
yes avoid hot and spicy food.
avoid caffeine, soda, chocolate.
You can have vegetables, fruits, baked food, rice etc.
Take more fibers to avoid hard stool.
A stool softener like metamucil will help with hard stool also.
Are there any sides effects for this?
no there are none
any other question?
just a quick ones, if really severe, doc suggest to have operation but I heard it take a portion of your intestine? how does this operation works?
which operation you are asking about?
I just woke up from a nap, my gastric feels aching, i am not sure why but everytime it felt that i am hungry which i am not....
operation for acid reflux
That is also part of acid reflux and gastritis.
no part of intestine is not removed.
They just cut the nerves responsible for excess acid secretion and also tightens the lower part of the esophagus.
Nothing is removed.
i see, alright, last one question. can I drink yogurt drinks? like those vitagens that we had in singapore?
So better avoided.
ok so no yogurt drinks. noted.thanks alot :)
