Vomiting between 4-10 weeks happens in 90%+ of all women. This is normal and the highest rate of occurrence is between weeks 7-10. There are a few things you can due to help with this.
Maintain adequate hydration and electrolyte levels; drinking at least 2 liters of water a day. Avoid an empty stomach at all times, with small frequent meals every 1–2 hours, consisting of bland foods throughout the day. Prevent a full stomach (ie, not mixing solids with liquid; avoiding large meals and very fatty food). Avoid strong tasting, odorous foods (ie, spicy, metallic tastes).
Snack on nuts and high protein foods between meals.
Consume ice chips, popsicles, and very cold beverages to help reduce metallic taste.
Eat simple dry carbohydrates (ie, crackers, biscuits, etc) prior to getting out of bed in the morning.
As the pregnancy progresses past 10 weeks this will resolve itself.
