I took the Nighttime Sllep Aid by Equate at 5am so I
am waiting for the medicine to do effect. I took one pill
of 25 mg.
I have slept still only 1 hour since 2 am. I am wondering
if this is normal that some adults sleep very little, This is my
second time I sleep so little because I usually sleep
5 hours or more per day,sometimes 8 hours (some
at night and some in the morning).
I am concerned I have slept so little and truly hope nothing

I can't drink soy milk nor skim milk,I get badstomach problems. I was wondering what can
happen to me if I don't sleep in a day or maybe
maximum 1 hour. I usually sleep more hours than
that but with my gases I struggle a lot sleeping at
