Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Am I correct that the foods contained in the list are all foods that I should avoid? Are there any types of food that I should try to eat?

I am planning to eat mainly fresh fruits, eggs and poultry during the week. Is that advisable?

Also, is it better for me to have whole wheat toast than white toast?

Thank you.

You are very welcome, Glenn.

Whole wheat toast is good, while white toast may be avoided. Fresh fruits, eggs, poultry, vegetables are good and are advised. The list I mentioned is just for guidance and small amount in that too may be occasionally eaten. They are not completely prohibited.
