Hi,

Is he having diarrhea,bloating,flatulence?

Nausea,vomiting?

Duration of symptoms?

Have you checked his body temperature?

Burning sensation and pain during urination?

What's the location of pain in abdomen?

Is he taking any medications?

Dizziness?

Headache?

Thanks.

He has no temp..the nausea intensifies when he sits up...this has been going on approx a week...he does have dizziness when he stands and yes he has had a headache off and on...he takes wellbutrin 75mgs daily and just recently stopped taking seroquel 25mgs two weeks ago.

Hi,

Thanks for providing additional information.

Normal blood pressure is 120/80 mm Hg and pulse rate is 60-100 bpm.

So his blood pressure and pulse rate should be considered fine.

However as he has nausea, dizziness, headache so these symptoms suggest the possible differential diagnosis like Inner Ear inflammation,Stomach infection, blood pressure fluctuation while changing position,Dehydration,Anemia,Low blood sugar levels.

So he should try OTC Meclizine and Motrin.

Drink plenty of fluids.

And now as he is feeling shortness of breath so if it's not related to Asthma then it's good to see your family doctor for a physical exam.

Further blood check up like CBC,ESR,Serum electrolyte,Urinalysis,Stool routine should be advised.

Hope this helps.
