A couple hours ago my stool is runny I have really bad heart burn its not moving anywhere else it's between my hip and ribs on left side

3 stool no blood a little nausea yes tender with pressure urine like 1 -2 hour normal color

The pain on the left side can be due to a few causes.


Inflammation of colon, infection can cause pain here.


This can cause runny stool.


Urinary infection or stone is also a common cause but your urine is normal.


In your case, it is likely to an infection of gastrointestinal tract.


Nausea can be associated.


I would advise to get an examination by your doctor.


Please try to take plenty of fluid, gatorade, oral rehydration solution.


Meanwhile, you can take peptobismol.


This would help with runny stool, pain & nausea.


Rice, toast, banana will be helpful.


Please avoid ibuprofen, this can make heart burn worse.


You can take tylenol, instead.
